We're looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join an organisation that is investing heavily in its people, culture and leadership capability.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded HR professional who wants to do more than provide advice from the sidelines. You'll be a key member of the people function, partnering with senior leaders to drive performance, embed positive change and help create a workplace where people can thrive.
The Opportunity
This is a broad and varied HR Business Partner role, combining strategic influence with hands-on delivery.
You'll work closely with operational and senior leaders to:
- Develop and deliver people plans that support business objectives and future growth.
- Drive organisational change, transformation projects and restructuring activity.
- Build leadership capability through coaching, support and constructive challenge.
- Lead initiatives to improve employee engagement, wellbeing and retention.
- Champion diversity, inclusion and a positive workplace culture.
- Support workforce planning and succession strategies to ensure future capability.
- Use people data and insight to identify trends, support decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
- Provide expert guidance on complex employee relations matters and employment legislation.
This is a role where you'll have the autonomy to make recommendations, influence decisions and see the direct impact of your work across the wider business.
About You
You'll be an experienced HR professional who enjoys building relationships, influencing stakeholders and helping organisations navigate change successfully.
We're particularly interested in speaking with individuals who have:
- Previous experience operating at HR Business Partner level within a multi-site environment.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and employee relations.
- Experience leading or supporting organisational change initiatives.
- The confidence to challenge senior stakeholders while maintaining strong working relationships.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach and strong commercial awareness.
- Experience using people data and workforce insights to drive decision-making.
- CIPD Level 5, Level 7 or equivalent HR experience.
Why Apply?
This is an opportunity to join an organisation during an exciting period of transformation, where HR is recognised as a genuine strategic partner to the business.
You'll be joining a team that is focused on building an engaged workforce, developing leadership capability and creating a culture that supports both performance and employee wellbeing. You'll have visibility with senior stakeholders, ownership of meaningful projects and the chance to make a lasting impact.
What's on Offer?
- £43,000 - £45,000 salary
- Hybrid working
- Exposure to senior leadership and strategic decision-making
- A varied role with real autonomy and influence
- The opportunity to lead meaningful change and transformation initiatives
- Career development within a forward-thinking organisation
If you're an ambitious HR Business Partner looking for a role where you can genuinely influence culture, leadership and organisational success, we'd love to hear from you.
