About the Role
My client are seeking a driven and experienced Recruitment Advisor to join a fast paced, dynamic based, multi-site business based onsite role. This position offers real ownership and visibility across the organisation, working closely with teams on the ground to deliver a high-quality, end-to-end recruitment service.
You will take responsibility for reviewing and improving recruitment processes, owning onboarding from offer through to first day, and ensuring an excellent candidate experience throughout.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple sites and departments
Review, develop, and improve recruitment processes and best practices
Take full ownership of onboarding, ensuring a smooth and engaging new starter experience
Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and support effective hiring decisions
Actively engage candidates and maintain clear, professional communication throughout the process
Support recruitment campaigns, advertising, and employer branding activity
Maintain recruitment records and provide insights and updates to the wider business
Be a visible, approachable presence onsite, supporting teams across all areas of the organisation
About You
Proven experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role
Comfortable working onsite in a multi-site environment
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously
Confident communicator who builds strong relationships at all levels
Proactive, hands-on, and comfortable working with autonomy
Passionate about improving recruitment and onboarding experiences
